Stay away from this place. Their focus is MONEY. Tried to overcharge me $1,200 for my son's surgery - thought is was a 1-time mistake. Nope. Went for an MRI - they had called and told me my co-pay was $247. When I arrived, they told me to cough up $1,250 then and there. When I told them that was incorrect, they told me I would have to rescheduled. I did - at Memorial Hermann for $123.40. Unless you are interested in lining their pockets do not use this facility! IMHO employees are pretty heartless - they don't see you as a person - they see you as money and LOTS of it. I have never been so mistreated at a medical facility as I was by the money-grabbers at this place!
