I can't even begin to express to you how pleased I am with Jack Stephan Plumbing and Heating. Over the past few months (April 2013-October 2013) I have had a few problems in my home with the plumbing, central air conditioning and most recently my heating unit. Alfonso #259 has come to my home on each occasion as has been pretty much perfect in addressing, explaining, then handling each situation. His expertise is in my opinion unmatched and he does everything he can to make sure that when he fixes the problem there are no glitches that can cause the problem to reoccur. He stands by his work!!! If you need anything fixed, from a leaking shower to a motor for your heating/cooling unit, to checking your underground pipes, Alfonso is the guy. I am so comfortable with his work that I won't even think about calling anyone else. I will recommend Jack Stephan to everyone I know.
