I can't even begin to express to you how pleased I am with Jack Stephan Plumbing and Heating. Over the past few months (April 2013-October 2013) I have had a few problems in my home with the plumbing, central air conditioning and most recently my heating unit. Alfonso #259 has come to my home on each occasion as has been pretty much perfect in addressing, explaining, then handling each situation. His expertise is in my opinion unmatched and he does everything he can to make sure that when he fixes the problem there are no glitches that can cause the problem to reoccur. He stands by his work!!! If you need anything fixed, from a leaking shower to a motor for your heating/cooling unit, to checking your underground pipes, Alfonso is the guy. I am so comfortable with his work that I won't even think about calling anyone else. I will recommend Jack Stephan to everyone I know. more

I have used jack Stephan Plumbing / heating / Inc since May 1972 Had a lot small jobs done. In 2000 had them repipe my home since there was a trickle of water coming from my faucets and 1 hour to fill the toilet. Water pressure has never slowed up yet, in fact my drains couldnt keep up with all the water. I had the drains replaced and now i'm set. all there plumbers had treated me with respect including my home. Clean up, drop cloths, and shoe protectors. I never worry when I have a problem, because they always take care of me. There has been times that I don't have the money available, who has now a days? I just put on my account and pay them later. Our water heater busted--yep came home to water all over our garage--so we called Jack Stephan to come out. They were awesome!:) Jimmie Lunceford was our tech guy and he did a wonderful job--quick too!:) Such a nice guy! They show up when they say. Very informative, honest and speedy. They snake my pipes, and it was less expensive than I thought. And the Stephan's are cool dudes too. more
