I've called Steam King over a dozen times to take advantage of a coupon and get my carpets cleaned. They never once answered the phone. I also sent 3 emails asking them to call me and those were never returned. I use Stanley Steemer, they will quote you a true price without any surprises when the men show up and they do an awesome job, your carpet is nearly dry before they leave. The price included basic pretreatment.
