Do not appreciate getting the "Work Authorization/Estimate" AFTER the work is done, and then finding I have just authorized $256 of work that I was led to believe would only be $147. I'd have replaced the part myself if I had seen the Authorization BEFORE the work was done. Not a happy camper, at all.
