Phopar needs to fix online ordering. I checked out with a order total of 6.95 for some pictures for a locket. Apparently, the Phopar ordering system is not working correctly, because I got an additional 3.75 charged to my account for the pictures after I authorized the order. Delivery was fast, the pictures turned out nice, but because of an unexpected charge due to a failed online ordering system, I cannot give more than an average review. RESPONSE FROM Phopar: This was an isolated incident. You should have received an email with the additional charges. We apologize for this and hope you will use us in the future. more
