You call and tell them you have a coupon special and they don't mention that all the cleaners they use are additional costs. Moved all furniture out of room, so it was an easy job. They were at my home less than 1 hour and charged me an amount that some individuals don't make in a week. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
