Had them out to clean some carpets and upholstery. The techs were really nice and gave as great deal with extra discounts because we had so much work to do. They actually missed a couple of spots but did a return service at no charge for us. Very pleased more

Office Cleaning Done Right 3/9/2017

I had Chem-Dry clean our office carpets. They get constant heavy traffic and looked rough but after a quick cleaning they are back looking new again. there was even a stain I thought would never come out but they impressed me. They even took the time to point out a few areas of concern. This was not a sell up technique like you would expect, they told me how to fix everything myself so that we get the best possible life out of our carpet. I will have them back again next time. Very professional and respectful of sensitive materials in the office also. more

Price was reasonable. They came in and got right to work. Had some options, I selected what I wanted done and they did a great job! I have already referred them to my neighbor. more

TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT WORTH 1 STAR!!!! 1/9/2013

I had a terrible experience with this company. You tell them you have a coupon for a certain special they have and then when they come to do the work (after you have your entire house ready, furniture moved, etc.) the price is triple the price. Coupon did not say that CLEANERS USED WERE EXTRA. I guess if you don't purchase the cleaners they use you ONLY WATER. Definately FALSE ADVERTISING! I would not recommend this company to anyone. more
