I have used Chem Dry By The Millers many times over the years. A few things I love about there service is they are always on time, the price is affordable and my carpets always come out looking brand new. We recently scheduled a carpet cleaning with Chem Dry By The Millers at the recommendation of friends. We had the carpeting cleaned in our master bedroom, hallway and stairs. I was concerned these carpets would not get clean since they are a light color and haven't been cleaned in quite a while. I was thrilled with the result! The carpeting looks almost brand new again, and really did dry in about 2 hours like they told us. Our 2 technicians were very good, explaining what needed to be done, and the amount of time needed to complete the job. I would recommend them and will use their service again. more

I was impressed with the professionalism and team effort exhibited. Considering the fact that my condo carpets are 12 yrs old - they look like brand new and each time I vacuum them, they fluff up so nicely!!! And they were not soaking wet unpon completiong of the assignment. Great job..... more

The odor and fumes immediately after our sofa was cleaned, were very strong and caused sore throats and headaches in family members, dispute open windows. This was extremely disturbing, On the plus side, the sofa looks brand new. I didn't expect such a dramatic "before and after difference." We do our best to educate our customers on what to expect with each service. Our regular cleaning solution that is used on the majority our our cleanings has little to no odor. On occasion, with specialty fabrics, we do need to use certain chemicals that will be the safest for those particular fabrics. Some of these solutions do have an odor. However once completely dry, this odor will dissipate. By using these products, we are able to clean, what is normally not cleanable with great results. Other times, odors can stem from the fabric itself, pet dander, and many other unforeseen factors. If you do still have any odor, we are pleased to return at no charge to see if we can resolve the odor. more

You call and tell them you have a coupon special and they don't mention that all the cleaners they use are additional costs. Moved all furniture out of room, so it was an easy job. They were at my home less than 1 hour and charged me an amount that some individuals don't make in a week. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r \r more

Clean and fast. I used to say life was 50 maintenance. Now it seems more like 90 maintenance, but I know why. The past 2 years I haven't been buying a lot of new things. Restaurants and travel still get my attention, but new things, not so much. I don't know what it cost, My Lady set it up. They told her which day they would clean the carpet, and we moved furniture the night before. Now the carpet is as clean as new, so I guess we're going to keep it. Hurray for maintenance! more
