New Vinyl in my rentals. I bought a new fiberglass vinyl that looks like wood but was easy to install. I am putting it in all my rentals. It can be loose laid, is easy to repair, and my tenants can mop it without damaging it like laminate. I was tired of changing out carpets with every tenant and this product actually costs less than carpet and pad.
