I called in advance to let this vet know that my dog was in heat and I needed to board my male AND female. Neither had been fixed. I asked if this was a problem and there quick answer was ofcourse not. So I took both of my labs in to be boarded for about a week and a half. I mentioned again once walking into the door that my female was in heat and that they needed to be kept seperately. As I began to fill out and sign the paperwork, one of the vet technicians came up and asked if my dog was in heat and said that they were locked up in the back. They tried to convince me that my dog probably wasn't pregnant after one lockup. I asked if she was what the options were because I do not have the time or facilities to raise a litter of puppies as I stay in an extremely small apartment. They said to bring her in at 40 days and they could take an xray and spay her if needed.\r
