I contacted this florist three weeks ago and she kept rescheduling my appointment.the last time she rescheduled the night before my 10 am appointment. I finally went for my appointment this morning and roxanne never showed up. I waited around and she never ccame. My mom called and got no answer. I emailed and still have yet to get an eemail or apology. I feel she is unprofessional and that is no way to treat a customer. I dont know how she is still in bussiness
