Technician was polite but in too much of a hurry to do a good job.
Worked for 35 minutes and did not clean the carpet thoroughly.
Also, he gave me an initial quote of $380.00. Then reduced the price to $257.00 (saying that he was authorized to give me a 40 discount). I later realized that with the discount, the price should have been $228.00.
