I was very pleased with the service and very happy with the price. The last time I had a rug cleaning they tried five times, yes five times to upsell me on cleaning my vents. I have been sending you my drapes every year and the person who takes them down, brings them back to rehang, because he is really the onlytechnician who knows how to do that..In the past 4-5 years, at least, your service has been a-one. This year was an absolute disaster..The drapes were taken down in November and came back the beginning of December, and then the nightmare began,If I remember correctly, at least 4-5 technicians came at different times to try and figure out the right way to hang them..There were long intervals between each visit.I kept saying that the man who took them doen should be the one who should be coming back here..His name was Lucian (excuse the spelling) He is one of the managers..Finally the end of last month (I believe) Lucian came with two others and the job was completed.It was a terribly frustrating experience.The only way I would use Coit again is if I was promised that the person who takes them down is the one who rehangs them, and that I receive some kind of a break on the cost of the cleaning. I was so disappointed as I have never had this experience with Coit before..I had always recommended your company..Now I am hesitant. more

When you did blinds a few years back, the tech did not put the blinds back on the top right and it has never worked since. I was disappointed in this. I have been using Coit for many years, as you will see if you check your records. Early nineties. I suggested my neighbor this time, when she needed her carpet cleaned and she was very pleased. more

I was the last appointment of the day. COIT person arrived around 3:45 pm to clean three area rugs, one sofa, and six curtain panels. Cleaner was more interested in finishing up fast before 5pm than doing a good job. Don't bother using their curtain cleaning service. more

I was hoping for a deeper cleaning. I could have done this with a vacuum cleaner and a can of Woolite Fabric Upholstery. Not worth the $300. more
