I can't say enough good things about Carrie and her prenatal classes -- throughout the second half of my pregnancy, I looked forward to this class every week and always walked out feeling great. The stretching and core-strengthening exercises really helped with my back and hip pain, and also helped me to feel more confident going into labor. I was in labor for 23 hours but walked out 2 days later practically pain-free, which I'm sure was largely thanks to me being in good shape from these pilates classes (and lots of walking!). Carrie does a great job of pacing the class so it's appropriate for all stages of pregnancy, and she has a wonderfully warm and supportive teaching style. I highly recommend Positively Pilates to all mamas-to-be, and can't wait to try Carrie's post-natal classes in a couple of weeks!
