I first called last year after a plumbing emergency left me with holes in drywall and ceiling, and other companies were not interested in a small job. Todd fixed the damage beautifully and invisibly. I gradually started calling for larger repairs: interior painting, new roof, dishwasher repair, and now bathroom remodel. They provide reasonable estimates and advance notice of changes, and did not take payment in advance. A dramatic contrast to my experience with another appliance service that required advance deposits and absonded! They are meticulous about leaving a clean work site at the end of each day. I will continue to call them first.
