We called roto-rooter to fix our clogged toilrt and they came ou the same day. After using a snake and finding some root debris the plumber thought we should have a video of our pipes to see if there was any damage. The technician from Honolulu came out the next day. After taking the video and taking apart the toilet the problem was not found. Finally, determined to fix the toilet, he used the snake until the toilet was working properly. Even though we were not charged for the first visit and got a discount for the second it seems like the problem could have been solved the first time for a few hundred less dollars. At least our toilet works!
