This company asks for way too much personal information just for making a loan. They say they reward people with great credit, but then ask for so much personal info that I felt compromised. I wish now that I had heeded my inital instincts and refused to give them all the details they wanted. Also, the appraiser they hired came up with an amazngly low value for my house that I was forced to pay several thousand dollars more down payment to prevent having to get mortgage insurance. Then when I signed the papers for the loan, I had to sign a power of attorney that lets them CHANGE the agreement as they see fit after the fact. I sort of feel like I was "raped" by this company, but it is really my fault for not backing out and accepting the loss of the initial few hundred dollars.
