Worst staffing agency experience I've ever had. \r \r I interviewed with Accrue end of 2011 for a job that was unfortunately eventually cut from the hiring company's budget. At that time, I was told my contact at AP would be in touch as soon as she found something else that fit me, but unfortunately I never heard back from her.\r \r A few months later I reached out to her when I found another job that I was intereseted in. It took days to hear back from her at which point the job was already closed to additional applicants. Even worse, my contact pawned me off on one of her colleagues and said she'd be in touch, but never heard from her either.\r \r Again, a few months later, I reached out to them about another opportunity I came across. In all honestly, all I wanted was a company name so I could go to another temp agency to see if they had the job, but again, no response. In fact, no response from either contact and when I called to talk to someone, they hung up on me.\r \r I know quite a few people that have tried to bring these issues to the owners' attention, but they get the brush off from them as well. Word on the street is not only that Accrue is horrible to work with, but that they also pass along 1/2 of the hourly rate that some of the other agencies do. My suggestion is to see if any of the other staffing agencies in town have access to the jobs that Accrue has. more
