I strongly recommend Accrue Partners for your entire job search. All employees at Accrue Partners were professional and helpful in assisting me with whatever information I needed, even if it was only for getting directions to their office, or getting a phone number I needed for eventual reviews. I particularly worked with Alissa Trip who treated me with outmost respect, and guided me professionally through all my efforts to finding the job I was looking for. What I appreciated most was that Alissa coached me through all my interviews, teaching me how I should address every possible question that a potential employer may ask, and going over a replicated interview to make sure I was well prepared. She helped me improve my interview skills and revise my resume to make it more marketable. Additionally, Alissa made a visible effort to understand what my qualifications were, listening carefully to the needs that I expressed, and making sure that the eventual position she would have me interview for was a close match. Accrue Partners is awesome! I recently graduated from college in December and a week before graduation I applied to some positions through Accrue and ever since then Justin Childers and Ben Brandon have been great with assisting me on finding a great career less than a month after graduation. They both tagged teamed in helping me with interview prep, company match, and any and every question I had whether it was after hours, weekends, phone calls or emails. I'm noticing how horrible they're service is. I was called in regarding a position with a outstanding company that Accruepartners was working with. Chase was the recruiter I spoke with, Along with not answering his phone for almost two weeks He never contacted me through numerous Emails about the position again. absolutely unhappy with the service and the personnel. more

Accrue Partners is an excellent company with many qualified employees that were able to help me find a job in less than 48 hours of me employing their services. I worked with Alissa Tripp. She was beyond helpful. The night before my interview she called and prepared me by asking me typical interview questions and coaching me on appropriate behavior and ettiquite. I love Accrue Partners!!! I was worried about getting a job right after graduation so a friend recommended me to Accrue Partners. Alissa Tripp and Ben Brandon were my lifesavers! Worst staffing agency experience I've ever had. \r \r I interviewed with Accrue end of 2011 for a job that was unfortunately eventually cut from the hiring company's budget. At that time, I was told my contact at AP would be in touch as soon as she found something else that fit me, but unfortunately I never heard back from her.\r \r A few months later I reached out to her when I found another job that I was intereseted in. It took days to hear back from her at which point the job was already closed to additional applicants. Even worse, my contact pawned me off on one of her colleagues and said she'd be in touch, but never heard from her either.\r \r Again, a few months later, I reached out to them about another opportunity I came across. In all honestly, all I wanted was a company name so I could go to another temp agency to see if they had the job, but again, no response. In fact, no response from either contact and when I called to talk to someone, they hung up on me.\r \r I know quite a few people that have tried to bring these issues to the owners' attention, but they get the brush off from them as well. Word on the street is not only that Accrue is horrible to work with, but that they also pass along 1/2 of the hourly rate that some of the other agencies do. My suggestion is to see if any of the other staffing agencies in town have access to the jobs that Accrue has. more

Ben called me on a Monday and asked if I could interview on Tuesday morning. He was very apologetic for the short notice. I accepted the interview, was hired on the spot and began work the same day. What started out as a six to eight week assignment turned into a permanent position. I was out of work for 25 months and 21 days. My advice is to keep a positive attitude, and stay encouraged. This economy is like nothing I have ever seen before. The right job is out there for you as well. Again! Thank you Ben, I have a great job with a great company. more

I was contacted by Ben @ Accruepartners. As the routine goes; I went to the office, signed some papers, interviewed with him & assumed that was going to be the end of it like many other staffing agency. But that was not the case. Unexpectedly & surprisingly within hours after the interview he calls me back telling me there is a position that may be a good fit for me. He did not stop there, he continued looking and found other opportunities for me until I finally landed a temp-perm job. All this within one week. Applied to a job through Accrue Partners, and they reached out to me about a position right away. Ben Brandon did a fantastic job of breaking down the job of what skills the company was looking for in an applicant, gave continuous feedback to help with obtaining the position, and was a great support system throughout the process. Ben did an excellent job with everything, and I was hired right away with his help. I will recommend Accrue Partners to all my friends who are still looking like I was. The other staffing agencies gave up after a week. The Accrue Partners' staff treated me with great courtesy every time I visited their office. First let me say, when I first applied for a position that Accrue Partners had posted, I was skeptical. I have not had good experiences through other staffing companies in the past and almost didn't bother. But I am so GLAD I did bother! I received an email from Ben Brandon who reached out to me and thought I might be a good fit. I went in to interview with him with very low expectations and was totally impressed at his professionalism. But it wasn't just that. He really seemed to care that he help me. He was amazing. He always kept me informed on everything and went above and beyond what I would ever expect. I have no doubt with his help in interview prepping and positive outlook I was able to land the job of my dreams. And he didn't just forget all about me once I got the job, but has made himself available for any questions after the fact. That's what I mean by he cares. I love that. I read the other reviews and felt I should comment on Accrue Partners. I spoke with Megan and she told me that they really don't do ""temp staffing"" but mainly direct hire and temp to hire....So i'm surprised by the comment regarding a couple of day assignment, sounds like the person just didnt do a good job....I spoke with Megan on a Wednesday and was being interviewed on Friday .That follwing Monday I was placed after interviewing with one of their clients. I was very impresed in the way Megan prepared me for the interview. I've been to so many agencies that just didnt listen to me...I'm happy where I am .....Most services called me back offering me interviews in customer service, AP like I'm doing now or something off the wall that was not remotely the career path I was looking for...it was such a time waster....I'm glad I found them and they found me the perfect position....Thank you very much and thank you to my recruiter Megan!! more

Accrue is a wonderful place to register with. Of couse there is no way they can find everyone a position/job, but they do try. Ben is so wonderful. He always returnedd all my calls and emails and always kept me up-to-date on things. I also enjoyed working with Matt and Pat. I would highly recommend Accrue. In a matter or a couple of weeks, Accrue was able to get 3 interviews for me. Now I have a new position...thank you Accrue Partners. more
