A tenant in my rental left and they had totally trashed the place. They even took the refrigerator and microwave. About the only thing they left were cockroaches. I called this exterminator and I was worried I was going to be charged a ton but they were very reasonable and took care of the job even though I was a bit difficult to work with due to my busy schedule.
