The sales person I talked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ordered my doors and they were shipped by truck to me and were packaged very well. I had a few questions about the installation and a couple of small parts missing. I called customer service and they were very happy to take care of the missing parts and answered any questions I had. Everyone I talked with was very pleasant and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
