Overall this has been an ok experience. It's hard to be too excited about such a difficult time. I did feel like ""everything will be ok"" after my initial consultation and that helped me a lot. Tiffany has been very helpful answering any questions, although something seems to be blocking emails to me from her. Phone calls work though.
