WORST Customer Service around! I had a radio installed and it worked fine for a while and then started to come in all static. Went back and they said I need a new antenna, installed that, nothing. Went back numerous times and the final outcome was that ?the radio stations are not as strong in this area and there is nothing we can do"". Other words S.O.L! After 3 months of dealing with the static went to AUTOSOUND in Plainville, problem was diagnosed in seconds; they never plugged the antenna into the back of the radio!
