WORST Customer Service around! I had a radio installed and it worked fine for a while and then started to come in all static. Went back and they said I need a new antenna, installed that, nothing. Went back numerous times and the final outcome was that ?the radio stations are not as strong in this area and there is nothing we can do"". Other words S.O.L! After 3 months of dealing with the static went to AUTOSOUND in Plainville, problem was diagnosed in seconds; they never plugged the antenna into the back of the radio! more

If you are looking for good customer service and a place you wouldn't mind going back to for more help or product then this is not the store for you.....I tried to buy headlights from this place and it was the worst experience i have had at a car store. The guy that works the front told me to buy these headlights and when i got them they were nothing like he said they were and then when i wanted to return them or maybe a store credit he pretty much told me to get lost....So if good customer service or justsome help i would recommend not going to this place. On referal from a new car dealer, we took our mint , used car here to have a remote starter installed. It took two weeks to get the initial appointment. About six months later, the system failed. The staff was on vacation, so it took almost two weeks to set another appointment. The system failed for a second time a couple of months after that. This time I was told that they were so busy I would have to wait over a month for an appointment. I telephoned the product manufacturer. Turns out that Autobahn/Classic Design is not an authorized dealer. more

I bought rims and tires, a remote/alarm and satelite radio for my trailblazer. It was one of the BEST experiences ive ever had when purchasing automotive services. Adam is a doll and Bob is a real charmer! ;o) They were very knowledgable and gave me a really great price! I called about a week later with a question about my remote start and Adam helped right then over the phone. i will be sure to go back there for all my extra vehicle needs and also recommend my family and friends as well. We had 2 car alarm systems installed ,and an ipod hookup,6 months later we are still trying to get them to work properly,after numerous times off from work to fix problems with both car alarms ,they still dont work properly ,Customer service was horrible ,they seem to think that my time is not valuable,and that i can take numerous times off at work to get this fixed,they have been paid in full,but take extremely long time to fix and service thier own product,Your best advise is to choose another place to do your business products are inferior,poorly installed ,and little to no customer support,as well as being rude.I would highly recomend shopping Elsewhere Pros: wide variety,of highly priced items Cons: items extremely marked up,poor installation,horrible customer support more
