We had 2 car alarm systems installed ,and an ipod hookup,6 months later we are still trying to get them to work properly,after numerous times off from work to fix problems with both car alarms ,they still dont work properly ,Customer service was horrible ,they seem to think that my time is not valuable,and that i can take numerous times off at work to get this fixed,they have been paid in full,but take extremely long time to fix and service thier own product,Your best advise is to choose another place to do your business products are inferior,poorly installed ,and little to no customer support,as well as being rude.I would highly recomend shopping Elsewhere
