When I want my carpets cleaned -- I simply pay for a clean no stain/non urine smelling carpet. A&B gave me back the carpets the way I gave it to them! They don't clean their carpets they vaccum them and give it back to customers unwashed smelling exactly the same way you brought it in. I suggest you find another carpet cleaner! If there was a rating below unsatisfactory -- I'd give them no stars! No customer service was rendered with them.
