I can't imagine you have any conscious and are probably a psychopath, but I truly hope your karma comes to you slowly, methodically, and painfully throughout the duration of your miserable life. I WISH I had seen these reviews before booking this company. They changed their nameS SO MANY TIMES!\r \r THE WORST Scam artists. For $350 cash these guys came to my house in a brown beat up van with no branding. A red flag went off when I saw their lack of equipment. The 2nd red flag went off when they started running threw the house at top speed giving my carpets a wet vacuum. I seriously take more time to vacuum my floors than these guys did cleaning my carpets. One cursory pass over the carpet and done. I've had my carpets cleaned many times and always noticed how long it would take a real company to go over the carpets to pull out dirt. This was terrible. After the crew left, I noticed how their hoses scuffed up and tore up the new paint on my walls. A day later, the urine smell was back. So much for their ""Crystalization Method"" that was sure to get rid of even the strongest of pet odors. more

they quote a mininum of $125. The lady on the phone infomed me that they would come give a quote and then we could decide if we wanted to cleaned it or not.. I have had the couch cleaned last year and it only cost $135 to do. When they arrived they quoted $ 350- are they crazy, then they jumped down to $ 250, I was not home my husband was, he again said no and then they got the lady on the phone and the price jumped down to $160, they would not leave when my husband initially said no to the 1st two quotes, he felt very under pressure to accept the price, and in the end they did a poor job for the total of $176. .. We are all a little tight on cash these days, and these bully tactics are a disgrace, companies should be relying on customer service, I live in a big building and I will not be recommending these people..... more

When I want my carpets cleaned -- I simply pay for a clean no stain/non urine smelling carpet. A&B gave me back the carpets the way I gave it to them! They don't clean their carpets they vaccum them and give it back to customers unwashed smelling exactly the same way you brought it in. I suggest you find another carpet cleaner! If there was a rating below unsatisfactory -- I'd give them no stars! No customer service was rendered with them. more

So many carpet cleaning companies and only one fits the bill; A & B Carpet. I've dealt with a bunch of different carpet cleaning businesses over time, that promise the world and can't deliver. I own several rental properties and I need carpet cleaning services on a regular basis. In my opinion, and my experience you get what you pay for. I still like to save as much money as I can on the carpet cleaning, but I've been sticking with these guys for a while now (their prices are median). One thing that's very important, above all and next to customer service, is the way my places look. The nicer they look the easier for me to rent them out. The guys from A & B Carpet have a proven track record on delivering great work, excellent customer service, and they are dependable. I highly recommend this company and their services. more

We have a huge house and most of it is carpeting. In the past, we had tried several carpet cleaners and were never satisfied, either from the price or from the poor service. Our carpets were cleaned by A & B Carpet Care this past Tuesday and I can still smell the freshness today, Thursday. In addition, the technician whom had come to our house to clean the carpets was able to remove some very stubborn stains and spots (which we had tried to remove previously without any success). He was a very pleasant person and of course a trained professional (you could tell right away).\r \r Also, and just to make a quick note of it, the price was right as well. I have a rental home in Jersey City. Our last tennant destroyed the place and we though we needed to replace the carpet. This Company Exceeded My Expections!\r As, a full time Real Estate professional I pride myself on customer service... I usually do not recommend others, but in this case I feel confident and compelled to do so. Let me share with you why? I had been assigned the task of getting 28 investor owned properties cleaned up and ready for resale. I was excited at my good fortune, until I saw the task ahead of me. I called A & B Carpet and spoke with a very kind and knowledgeable fellow named Sam, I explained my problem and budget, and time frame. He sent his business partner, to meet with me at my office. I gave him the list of homes as well as the keys, he said he would personally visit each property and then return the keys with a not to exceed price on each home. I knew I had to trust someone since this is not my cup of tea. Let me tell you some of these homes were down right SCARY while others had normal wear and tear. Sam, came back to me within one day much to my surprise with a fair price and professional can do attitude. I gave them the job, and crossed my fingers... Sam took the time upon completion to tour the properties with me. They EXCEEDED my expectations. The carpets smell fresh and looked clean and in most cases brand new!!! . The scary carpets look so good I was shocked! I asked Jess, how did you get the carpets and tile grout so clean, he just smiled and ""Said It's easy when you know your business."" Then, I hired A & B Carpet to clean the carpets at my house. Once again, Professional, Timely, Respectful of my belongings, I told them I am an allergy sufferer, and please only use non-toxic environmentally safe products, that's Sam, told me that he too suffers from allergies and that they never use anything that they wouldn't use in his own home. I brought three rugs to A & B Carpet for cleaning strong pet odors and he did a fabulous job and price was very reasonable. The rugs are old orientals that belong to my family and I was wary of them being damaged, but he took excellent care of them and they're like new now! He also pointed out that they had to be de-mothed, and I never would have realized unless I'd brought them to him. Highly recommend going to them and plan to use this business again!\r more

OK, the last company we used Flatrate Carpet Cleaners, The problem we had with them was that their office was not able to give us an exact price and said we had to wait till the technicians show up. This worried us a little. Obviously when they showed up the began to vacuumed and spray the carpet with some soap. Then my wife asked about the price, they had already started the work ? assuming that we wanted to ?deep cleaning? that was 200.00 dollars more then they told us over the phone. So we asked them to leave. We called A & B Carpeting cleaning and they were a ?god send?. They told us about the company, the procedure and the PRICES they charge. We were able to schedule them that same day to clean the carpet that Sears did not. They were on time; Clean, Professional, and most importantly the price was exactly what they said over the phone. No BS at all!!!! : ) , we were very happy and actually had my neighbor get this carpet cleaned as well. After I called Stanley Steemer and the boneheads there forgot to bring the right equipment to clean my carpets, I calledA & B Carpetand I can't believe I even considered Stanley Steemer.
