Run away...they are horrible. I thought I was dealing with a company located in Mexico or some other third world country.\r
It took more than 5 weeks to finally receive all my original document and the evaluation where it was suppose to only take up to 10 business days, as they say on their website.\r
Key points: \r
* Customer service sucks. Most of the time no one answers the phone and I got prompted to voicemail\r
* Evaluation was not accurate.\r
* Translation fees are very high.\r

I am getting frustrated just thinking about my experience wit them...I do not wish for anyone to give your business to Josef & Silny....take you biz somewhere else where they appreciate you and do a good job.
