Dear 24 Hour Lockouts,
When I ask, ""Do your provide locksmith services to Middleton?"" and your dispatcher says, ""Yes"" and then immediately begins asking for directions to my home, that does not mean you can charge me a 20 dollar additional fee for coming out to Middleton.
Very unethical to not mention the extra charges when I asked to begin with. I will never do business with you again.
