Always having problem with there customer service ... Horrible and Rude , They lost my shipment containing over 2k $ worth of parts and I call them and there rude to me .. They cant find my shipment and really I dont think the care to find it. I asked them to make a simple phone call to my customer that is waiting for these and tell them that they lost the package and they failed not to do it after they said they would ...
No Star's for SMT ..... Rude and Lazy people that work there...
