Always having problem with there customer service ... Horrible and Rude , They lost my shipment containing over 2k $ worth of parts and I call them and there rude to me .. They cant find my shipment and really I dont think the care to find it. I asked them to make a simple phone call to my customer that is waiting for these and tell them that they lost the package and they failed not to do it after they said they would ... No Star's for SMT ..... Rude and Lazy people that work there... more

Disappointing service 12/6/2006

Customer service is obviously NOT something on which this company prides itself. I am yet to receive a shipment that was supposed to arrive a week ago, and the ""customer service"" person was rude and combative when I called to inquire about the shipment. She offered no solution and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this freight line to anyone wanting to receive an on-time shipment with friendly service. more
