Customer service is obviously NOT something on which this company prides itself. I am yet to receive a shipment that was supposed to arrive a week ago, and the ""customer service"" person was rude and combative when I called to inquire about the shipment. She offered no solution and actually hung up on me. I would not recommend this freight line to anyone wanting to receive an on-time shipment with friendly service.
