Although circustances for my need to use RIck's were not ideal, the whole process was very easy, friendly and supportive. I had expected a longer repair time and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my car was ready for me. After the initial repair, there was a small incident. It was handled immediately and my car was dropped at my place of business. Jason was absolutely wonderful!
