If you are thinking about using this shop, DON'T DO IT. I had a pair of designer sling back shoes that I wanted repaired, simple job of a small piece of elastic near the buckle. when I got them back much later than promised, by 3 weeks, I went to wear the shoe and the entire piece broke. My husband took them back they were promised by 4:00 the same day but we decided to give them 2 additional days they still were not done. When we got the shoes back OMG the job looked like my 7 year old grandson tried to repair the shoe. Now I have to take the shoes elsewhere to try and get them repaired correctly. I beg you do not use this repair shop. I am only giving 1 star because I can't us 0 stars
