Best Shoe Repair

If you are thinking about using this shop, DON'T DO IT. I had a pair of designer sling back shoes that I wanted repaired, simple job of a small piece of elastic near the buckle. when I got them back much later than promised, by 3 weeks, I went to wear the shoe and the entire piece broke. My husband took them back they were promised by 4:00 the same day but we decided to give them 2 additional days they still were not done. When we got the shoes back OMG the job looked like my 7 year old grandson tried to repair the shoe. Now I have to take the shoes elsewhere to try and get them repaired correctly. I beg you do not use this repair shop. I am only giving 1 star because I can't us 0 stars more

The Owner was nice and said he could repair my husbands leather jacket, small tear. I paid him $35 and was told it would be ready the next day. It was not ready. I went back 3 days later, it was ready,but looked terrible. He tried to glue it and did a terrible job, looks worse. He waived the jacket around like can you see it. Yes I could it cannot be worn and needs to go to a REAL shop where they know what they are doing. Do not go here unless you want terrible work. more

I went to Best Shoe Repair based on the recommendation/rating from this site. I should have paid attention that it was only 1 review. I took 4 pair of shoes to be fixed and the owner told me he would fix them all within four days. I said I would be back then. When I returned, the owner told me he had all of them fixed but one pair so I should come back the next open business day. I said I would just take all of the shoes then because I wouldn't be back in this area later. He gave them back in the same sack I had given him and told me it was no charge since he didn't finish all four pair within the time frame he guaranteed. I said I would pay for the first three pair that were finished, but he said no. After I left, I looked at the shoes in the bag, and he had not even repaired one pair! He lied to me in the store in front of other customers! It's a good thing they were free since he didn't even touch them! They were in the same condition as I left them and in the same sack. DO NOT GIVE THIS SHADY PLACE YOUR BUSINESS! You may pay for services that weren't done professionally or even done at all! Pros: Parking Cons: Lack of completion of services promised more

the best workmanship and service i have everrrrrr recieved. the owner is on site and he took my nine west boos that were 15 years old and i was truely amazed that when i came back they looked like i just bought them. i always loved those boots and now i can be proud of them because they were really looking beat up and now they are beautiful...........thank you Darlin!!!! more
