These guys should have their license revoked!! Stay away and if I could give them 0- 1/2 star I would!!! They advertise that Oprah likes this place - She got it wrong - VERY wrong!! After about a YEAR of doggie day camp, we are looking into filing criminal charges. \r
Just the other day, our once playful, healthy puppy got DUMPED in our condo, barely able to walk, lethargic, smelling of VOMIT and their beautiful coat caked with dried vomit. It was our very first HOT 2012 spring day, and our dog arrived home 2 hrs + from the typical time they normally get home - bounding in and happy to see us. We immediately tried to phone the owner and some front desk person was evasive and did not know much. It took 18 hours for the owner to call back and he stated could not reach / find the driver, that our dog was loaded into the van at 4 pm that day - in DIRECT conflict with the front desk person said; AND took NO responsibility nor showed any compassion.\r
We took her to the vet and a few hundred dollars later, she is still not eating. \r
5 days later - NOTHING!!!! IF YOU LOVE (or just like your pet) STAY AWAY!!! Without knowing what happened or what the dog was exposed to - our vet is trying everything. \r
Urban outsitters uses BLEACH to mop floors. Their staff changes frequenty even daily. They advertise cage free boarding - This is ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!! \r
