we were very satisfied with service from this hotel. Rooms inside were clean and area was safe. It was on the south side of chicago and about 1/2 hour from michigan. Bus ride was fine.This hotel does not look as nice on the outside but we were very satisfied with the inside. I was concerned with other reviews but trust me - you get more than what you are paying for.
