I recently went to Tyler Day Salon for the first time, and was not too impressed with their customer service. I found that the receptionist was a little rude. I thought that maybe she was having a bad day or that maybe it was because I was a first-time client, but she didn't even say thank-you when I paid and was ready to leave. I didn't even feel like leaving a tip, but I did since the stylist was ok. Overall, it was not the best experience or even the best haircut for a salon that is a little pricey, and I will not be a repeat customer!
