We have been a client with Shawnee for over 15 years. they have been great, but in the last two months it has been horrible. They fax to the wrong bussiness when given the right numbers and even a cover sheet, they send in the wrong scripts, seem rude on the phone and you have to ask for things more than twice. I am not sure what is going on, but Shawnee Medical Center in Shawnee has gone the tubes, I hope they get their act together soon, or we wil;l be forced to go elsewhere. I guess with healthcare customers no longer matter, they can always just fill the appoint with someone else, but for now I would stay away from this place, it very very bad.
