Go to Google reviews--the reviews there are much more accurate because many of them mention the terrible customer service. Joe's botched up one of my favorite pairs of shoes. It would be one thing if they felt bad or offered some sort of reimbursement, but nothing. I'd suggest taking your business to Modern Shoe where they have more flexible hours, are kinder and much better staffed, and do a more thorough job.
