Very disappointing 5/12/2012

Go to Google reviews--the reviews there are much more accurate because many of them mention the terrible customer service. Joe's botched up one of my favorite pairs of shoes. It would be one thing if they felt bad or offered some sort of reimbursement, but nothing. I'd suggest taking your business to Modern Shoe where they have more flexible hours, are kinder and much better staffed, and do a more thorough job. more

Provo Shoe Repair 3/28/2010

?I?m a vintage clothes retailer and in the many years in business I?ve never come across such an excellent Shoe repair man. Joe will take on projects that most other places won?t and he always delivers. All of the shoes and leather jackets I?ve had him work on have been repaired perfectly and have lasted many years since (which is especially rare since they are already old items with much wear and tear). He?s fee is the most reasonable too so I sincerely can?t find a reason to go elsewhere. He?s even repaired wood lamps for me! If you need your shoes repaired do yourself a favor and take them to Joe?s!!!? Pros: Great Customer Service more
