Owners are rude! Website for RSM store reads they have small pre-made cakes ready to go. Also reads they are open on Sundays. Went on Mother's Day, was told they were out of cakes. REALLY? A friggin bakery out of cakes on Mother's Day. I was told by the female in charge they are open Sunday short hours mainly for pick up. Ok, well, might want to put that on the website. The male explained how busy they had been on Fri and Sat - (might have been a clue to make more cakes) They both looked at me like I was bothering them at that point since they couldn't sell me a cake. They didn't apologize, offer me a cookie, a raincheck - nothing. And seriously, I wasn't expecting anything for free - but a sincere, friendly demeanor would have been nice. With customer service like that, don't know how places stay open. Will not be back.
