Crest Infiniti Illegal Repossession 5/20/2012

I went to lease a new 2011 Infiniti G37, and it has been a giant headache ever since. I entered the dealership with my cosigner, and we were both told to sign all papers digitally without even looking at them! Caught up in the rush, I went ahead and signed just so I could have the keys to my beautiful new car in my hand. I later found out that the deal they gave me was no where near the deal that was originally drawn up the week before, but my payments were the same (must have been a math mistake on their end.) I was frustrated from this, but I didn't get too upset because I'm the one that made the decision of not reading carefully over what I was signing. The dealership told me that the financing was 100%, and I was good to go. Them knowing that I would not sign anything without being approved for financing, I was assured I was approved and would not have any issues. I received a call two and a half weeks later telling me the financing has fallen through, and to bring the car back, or purchase it at a higher price. I declined this offer, as they had cashed my check, and I had the signed documents of my lease and told them I would be seeking guidance from legal counsel. On October, 29th 2011 a representative of Crest Infiniti illegally repossessed my vehicle. I have since taken legal action against the dealership. My sales person was Seth Harwood My finance manager was Rob Shawnee I even had the pleasure of speaking with the GM Mike Brosin on multiple occasions.
