From start to finish a good experience. The salesperson was a knowledgeable and was not pushing to make a sale. She helped me with quality, shade of the color I was interested in, wear I could expect (this was for a commercial space). The carpet measurer was on time, really an ace, and accommodated the way I wanted it laid (with a pad, not lengthwise). Layers were on time, expert, did a superlative job, were fast.
