First of all, Tina, my aesthetician, did a wonderful job - if you book an appointment with her, I'll wager that you enjoy her as a person in both the professional and casual-sense; however, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Carol, over the phone. I called as a courtesy to let her know I MIGHT be running a little behind, and the gesture could not have been met with a more impolite tone. (And I wasn't even late.) I was disgusted by it - truly. In addition to my unfriendly experience with her on the phone, she also flaked on calling me back twice, and each failed call-back was regarding my wanting to buy their products. The service itself was nice, Barrett and Tina treated me very well, but Carol ruined my experience. I wanted every part of the venture to be pleasant, but that wasn't the case. Find somewhere that appreciates receiving your business, your hard-earned dollar - especially from an out-of-town and first-time customer - because you deserve it when spending that much on a needless-expense. You will not find that sense of 'Thank you for your business! We'd love to see you again!' appreciation at Southern Hills. more
