I have been a customer of Polestar Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for several years and each year have been impressed with their timelyness and consistenly good service. Recently I heard disturbing noises in my air conditioner and called them immediately. They were at my house within 30 minutes and upon determining I needed a new air conditioner ( there was not any question because of the age of the air conditioner) they immediately installed one. I didn't need to make another service call for them to come out and do that. It was done immediately.They could not have been more polite and neat with the service. My questions were all answered to my satisfaction. I am grateful for such fine service and will most certainly continue to use them in the future.,
