The personal attention to our needs made us decide to go with Excel. They delivered when they said, installed quickly and neatly and followed up to make sure everything went well. It was a seamless process from beginning to end--something we usually do not experience when we were doing remodeling. If you are looking for old-fashioned customer service where you are viewed as an important customer, you can't go wrong with Excel.
