The plumber was sent within 30 minutes of my phone call. The service as done on 2/9/12. I'm just getting a chance to submit my review because I've had computer problems. The plumber was very pleasant. I felt as if he was being honest about the situation at hand. Actual service time was approximately 1 hour.
