The Roto-Rooter service representative, Emilio, showed up in a very pleasing time frame. He was extremely professional and quite friendly. We're the kind of people who likes to ask a lot of questions more so to be educated about the situation. Emilio was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He explained the cost of service and made us aware of the service coupon that could be used for the service. The time of service took about 30 minutes which were were pleased. We had an overall great experience with Roto-Rooter and would recommend their services. Thank you Roto-Rooter for satisfactory service.
